"લીલા અતિ સુખકારી, આનંદ આપે રે..."
જય સ્વામિનારાયણ...
'जो जन हरिके चरित्रको गावे,सो जन अक्षरधाम में जावे'
આધારાનંદ સ્વામીના મતે હરિના ચરિત્ર સર્વસ્વ છે. સદ્. ગુણાતીતાનંદ સ્વામી પણ કહે છે, જેમાં ભગવાનના ચરિત્ર, લીલા, ઉપદેશ વગેરે આવતા હોય તેવા ગ્રંથોને વાંચવા સાંભળવા. "ऋषिणा पुनराद्यानां वचमर्थोनुधावती |" આ ભવભુતીના વાક્ય અનુસાર મહાપુરુષોના બોલેલા વાક્ય અનુસાર તેનો અર્થ આગળ આગળ જ દોડે છે. એ ન્યાયે આધારાનંદ સ્વામીની પંક્તિ પ્રમાણે ભગવાનના ચરિત્રો ખરેખર કલ્યાણ કારી છે.
ભગવાન શ્રી સ્વામિનારાયણ જયારે જયારે ઉત્સવ-સામૈયા વગેરેનું આયોજન કરતા ત્યારે ત્યારે ઉત્સવના અંતમાં એવી લીલાનું દર્શન કરાવતા કે, ફરીને પાછો ભક્ત સમુદાય આગળના ઉત્સવમાં ભેળા થાય ત્યાં સુધી એ લીલાને નિત્ય સંભારે.
એક વખત મહારાજે પોતાના ભક્તોને સુખ દેવા વડતાલમાં ભવ્ય રંગોત્સવનું આયોજન કર્યું. 3લાખ જેટલા ભક્તોની સાથે મહારાજે ખુબ આનંદપુર્વક મહોત્સવ પૂર્ણ કર્યો. બધા ભક્તોને એક ઈચ્છા હતી કે મહારાજ એક એવી સ્મૃતિ આપે કે, ચીર: કાળ સુધી યાદ રહે.
એ વખતે મહારાજે બધા ભક્તોને ચોકમાં ભેળા કર્યા. પગીઓના જાતવાન ઘોડા પર મહારાજ બિરાજમાન થયા. તખાપગીએ ત્યાં ચોકમાં આવી વચ્ચે પોતાનો એક સોનાનો વેખ ઉભો મુક્યો. સહજાનંદસ્વામી મહારાજની જય...ના નાદો થયા. મહારાજે ચોકમાં ઘોડો ફેરવવાનું શરૂ કર્યું. ધીરે ધીરે ઘોડાની ગતિ મહારાજ વધારતા ગયા. ભક્તોમાં હર્ષોલ્લાસ વધતો ગયો.
સમુદાયમાં આનંદસમતો ન હતો, એ વખતે મહારાજે હળવેથી નીચા વળીને વચ્ચે મુકેલો સોનાનો વેઢ પોતાની આંગળીમાં પહેરી લીધો, ફરી જય નાદો થયા. નવા નવા તાલ મહારાજે બતાવ્યા. ઘોડો હાંફવા લાગ્યો, પછી મહારાજે લીલા પુરી કરી. ભક્તોના હૃદયમાં પણ લીલા આબેહૂબ કંડારાઈ ગઈ હતી. પછી સૌ મહારાજનો ચરણસ્પર્શ કરી પોતાના ગામ તરફ રવાના થયા.
He thought to himself, “What is happening?” Shriji Maharaj knew his wish to see the Varah avatar through his antaryami (all-knowing) powers.
Shreeji Maharaj reasoned, “Today, he wants to see Varaha avatar and tomorrow someone else. So let Me show him all the avatars. With that thought, Shreeji Maharaj fulfilled Parvatbhai's wish.
While still engrossed in the 24 avatars, Parvatbhai remembered Shreeji Maharaj and thought to himself, “Who is the cause of these 24 avatars?” Instantly, one by one each of the 24 avatars were absorbed into Shriji Maharaj. He saw all of this happening right in front of his eyes. Parvatbhai's joy knew no bounds.
“Amazing! Look at Maharaj's power,” said an overjoyed Parvatbhai.
Parvtbhai understood that only he who is supreme can merge the 24 avatars in Himself. Shriji Maharaj is truly sarvopari Bhagwan.
Moral: Shriji Maharaj is the cause of Ram, Krishna, and all the avatars. He is supreme.

Absorbing the 24 Incarnations
Parvatbhai, of the village Agatrai, was a staunch devotee of Shriji Maharaj. Though a householder, he was unaffected by the activities of the household. Once, while at his farm, he suddenly thought, “God had incarnated as Varah (the boar). What must that have been like?” Instantly, he saw the Varah incarnation of God. After some time, he saw the Kurma (turtle) avatar of God. One after another, he saw the Vaman avatar, Ram avatar, Krishna avatar, Buddha avatar... All of the 24 avatars were before him.He thought to himself, “What is happening?” Shriji Maharaj knew his wish to see the Varah avatar through his antaryami (all-knowing) powers.
